Theme Update Guide
1. What is Theme Update?
Theme update is the process of upgrading the Vibe theme in the store to a new version. The update content includes:
New features (such as preset sections, layout variants, etc.)
Performance optimization (such as code simplification, loading speed improvement)
Fix known issues and improve function stability.
2. View Update Log
The update log records the modifications, enhancements and bug fixes of each version of the Vibe theme. Steps to view:
From the Shopify admin, go to "Online Store > Themes".
Find the Vibe theme in the "Theme library".
Click the drop - down arrow next to the theme version number.
Select "View release notes" to view the details.
3. How to Update the Theme?
The theme update method varies depending on the situation (some can be completed automatically, some require manual operation). It is recommended to refer to the Shopify official theme update guide, which contains detailed recommended steps.
4. Notes
Only the Vibe theme directly installed from the Shopify Theme Store supports updates. Themes imported through ZIP files cannot be updated directly and need to be re - downloaded from official channels.
If the store is inactive, you need to contact the Shopify billing team to transfer the theme authorization. Such requests can only be handled by Shopify. It is recommended to contact Shopify official customer service directly.
The Vibe theme is only sold in the Shopify Theme Store. Themes from third - party channels do not comply with Shopify's service terms and cannot obtain official updates. If you need to use it, please purchase from regular channels.
